Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Aimstel website and its current Early Access request stage.

Last updated: September 2026These terms reflect Aimstel’s current early-access stage and may be updated as the product evolves.
01

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Aimstel website or submitting an Early Access request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit a request.

02

Current Service Status

Aimstel is currently in early development and Early Access. Features labeled planned, in development, coming soon, demo, or roadmap items are directional and are not guarantees of availability, timing, or final form.

03

Early Access Requests

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or access. Aimstel may limit, prioritize, pause, or decline access while the product is developed.

Pricing shown is early-access pricing and may evolve before paid subscriptions launch. No charge occurs through the current request-access flow unless Aimstel explicitly tells you otherwise and presents the applicable price before charging.

04

Account Responsibilities

If account functionality is provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Please notify Aimstel if you believe an account has been used without authorization.

05

Acceptable Use

You may not use Aimstel to:

  • engage in unlawful activity or create abusive or harmful content;
  • compromise security, gain unauthorized access, scrape, disrupt, or interfere with the service;
  • evade usage limits or misuse AI outputs in a way that harms others; or
  • violate another person's rights.
06

AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs and using appropriate judgment before relying on or acting on them.

07

Human Review

Aimstel is designed to support human decision-making and work, not remove human responsibility. Users should review consequential actions and outputs before they are used, shared, published, or implemented.

08

Third-Party Services

Current or future functionality may rely on third-party infrastructure, AI providers, or integrations. Those services may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and limitations.

09

Intellectual Property

The Aimstel name, branding, website, and proprietary software are owned by Aimstel or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You retain the rights you already have in content you submit. You grant Aimstel only the limited rights reasonably needed to receive, process, store, and use that content to operate, secure, and improve the service you request. Terms concerning ownership or use of generated outputs may be clarified before relevant product capabilities are released.

10

Availability and Changes

Aimstel may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, particularly during Early Access. Roadmap descriptions are directional, priorities and timing may change, and continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

11

Fees

Paid plans, AI credits, or usage-based fees may be introduced or modified. You will be shown the applicable pricing and asked to agree before you are charged. The current request-access form does not itself create a paid subscription.

12

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the website and any Early Access services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Aimstel does not promise that every feature will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

13

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aimstel and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or service. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

14

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of Aimstel, your submitted content, or your material violation of these terms or another person's rights.

15

Governing Law

Governing law and venue will be specified before paid public launch. This section requires owner and legal review before finalized paid-service terms are published.

16

Changes to These Terms

These terms may evolve as Aimstel develops. We will revise the “Last updated” date when changes are made. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where legally permitted.
