Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Aimstel handles information submitted through its website and Early Access experience.
Information We Collect
Aimstel collects information you choose to submit through the website and Early Access forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, company name, company website, company size, role, selected plan, billing preference, and the information you enter about your intended use or the work you would hand to AI agents.
Where applicable, we may also collect basic technical and usage information needed to operate and protect the website, such as browser or device information, timestamps, page interactions, and security data derived from an IP address.
How We Use Information
We may use information to respond to Early Access requests, evaluate product interest, communicate about Aimstel, improve the website and product, prevent abuse or security issues, maintain business records, and prepare future account access where applicable.
We do not use the current marketing site to process Company Brain content or agent workflow data.
AI and Product Data
Future Aimstel product functionality may process business information, documents, prompts, and workflow data to provide AI features. Product-specific data-handling terms, controls, and disclosures may be added or updated before or when those capabilities are released. This statement describes future functionality and does not mean the current marketing site processes that data.
Service Providers
Aimstel may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to support areas such as hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, email delivery, and payments. Future product functionality may also rely on AI model providers. Providers are engaged only as needed for the relevant service; this policy does not identify or promise a fixed list of processors.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to requests, operating and improving Aimstel, meeting legal obligations, maintaining security, and keeping appropriate business records.
Data Security
Aimstel uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting info@aimstel.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
International Users
Depending on Aimstel's infrastructure and service providers, information may be processed in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.
Children
Aimstel is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy as Aimstel develops, its services change, or legal requirements evolve. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page.
